      Bullying & Hostility in the Workplace

      Pros

      Was good about giving raises. Open door policy. Was sympathetic to the employees personal life and tried to make accommodations when and if possible.

      Cons

      Allowed bullying in the workplace to continue after repeated requests to resolve the matter. In my opinion making it feel like a hostile work environment. Leaving employees to feel like their concerns were not taken seriously.

      The hours were flexible, and the employee discount worked on items not usually used with coupons.

      Pros

      Easy work in the back packing orders for people, weekly paycheck

      Cons

      Did not feel welcomed, got little training, expect me to commit to a 1 day a week shift for 6 hours. It is not a store for men to work in, you wont make full-time. It is a dying company and store brand once the boomer generation is gone.
