      Great culture and history from the original Kohler family

      Cons

      Company is going through a transition to sell off its electrical division so not certain what the future will hold for the core business.

      Phenomenal benefits PTO package starts with 80 hours per year Friendly environment Less stress then comparable pay rates

      Cons

      A lot of walking: 16,000 - 28,000 daily You need to be very "insistent" to move up. Not only from an operator (lowest employment level), but also with in your employment category. I view this as a communication issue (multiple departments involved that might drop the ball).
