      Pros

      The key beliefs such as bold innovation and delighting customers are embodied by all associates I have encountered in my career with Kohler Co. so far. Kohler Co. is a privately owned company with satisfactory benefits and compensation. The facility in Casa Grande is state of the art, made up of advanced automation and modern office spaces making it an ideal place to work.

      Cons

      Kohler Co. is a large company with an international presence. While this is great for business, it adds a layer of difficulty when finding the correct resources within the company to assist with niche challenges day-to-day.

      Pros

      First and foremost, I love the leadership of this organization. Leaders are transparent, genuine and approachable. Great work life balance and high priority given to support the family. Obviously the pay is competitive, and they go to a great extent to help the community. Last but not least they emphasize on leaving a better world behind.

      Cons

      Could possibly do better on benefits (Medical).
