Pros

Very popular in summertime golf season which meant a lot of hours and opportunities to make great money. Good discounts on their high-end gym membership (the more you went, the higher the discount) which translated into healthier employees

Cons

Off-season very slow, so a shortage of hours (housekeeping was always looking for extra help, but...)
