The Employee engagement is at top in Kohler. Another great thing about Kohler is Work life balance which company promotes and help each and every individual to have a quality time with their loved ones. One word to express about Kohler is it's a Great place to Work.

Cons

Location of the company is a bit tidy. Up and down to company from nearest city would consume approximately 1.5 to 2 Hrs daily.

I started my career almost 5 years ago & every day has been so engrossing, primarily because we believe in BOLDNESS yet keeping our ethos intact. The leadership is immaculate & lots to learn from them. I've had some great mentors from whom I've learnt & grown as an individual - professionally as well personally. I truly feel Kohler believes in agility & boldness. I'm committed to the organization & it's management.

Cons

None, organization gives ample opportunities for individuals to learn and implement. To me learning is the key always.
