Some flexibility if your manager approves. Cost effective on-campus clinic. Frequent Associate and Barn sales with discounted products. Huge focus on Wellness and events related to health & wellness. Quarterly, candid reviews directly from CEO distributed to all employees.

Cons

Work-life balance here means “you can finish your 60-70 hour work week from home.” When times are tough, teams lose all camaraderie/morale and micromanagement increases. Leadership asks all current employees to do more rather than consider hiring more people.

Lots of opportunities to work in different departments. Some fun events.

Cons

Very difficult environment if you’re not into climbing the corporate ladder. Competition amongst team members is valued over collaboration and relationship building. Also, the hiring process is ridiculous. Multiple personality tests and meetings with corporate psychologists!
