The pay was competitive and the free lunches were a nice perk.

Cons

Extremely toxic workplace. Cliquey, gossipy and very mean-spirited. Management not only participated in the poor behavior, but oftentimes initiated it. Pushed out really great team members because they didn't fit the mold they wanted. If you have kids and aren't interested in going out for drinks or "working out" over lunch you are targeted.

Kohler Co. is a community of creators, innovators, and associates challenging the unknown from new product development to our manufacturing lines. Every day I am learning something new, offered new experiences, and challenged by my peers and leaders to grow my industry knowledge. Kohler is a workplace but Kohler is also a community, home, and destination.

Cons

I have no cons to highlight. The majority of my work is rewarding, fun, and challenging. Kohler encourages work-life balance and provides excellent health benefits and competitive wages.

In a time where everyone is telling you to have diverse work experience but don't switch jobs 10 times, Kohler is truly a company that you can diversify your work experiences and take new positions to broaden your scope, without ever leaving the company.

Cons

You have to be able to adopt the agile work style and be able to pivot and reprioritize quickly, a great skill to have in 2022.
