      Terrible culture

      Pros

      Great insurance benefits and pension plan (if you stay 6 years). There are nice people, some great leaders that work at Kohler.

      Cons

      There’s minimal job security. Kohler fires HR colleagues like no other company. The turnover is crazy high. Associates with longer tenure are leaving. HR senior leadership in control haven’t worked at other companies. The only way to survive (don’t even think you’ll be spending time on meaningful valuable work) in Kohler in HR is if you are at a lower level or support low level leaders.
