      Great products - innovative company that fosters an environment of equality in pay and opportunity. Excellent training program. Compensation a little on the lower end of the scale, but good benefits and perks such as auto, etc.

      Cons

      A bit heavy on the Mid-level marketing and management side. Marketing tends to call the shots.
