-Company is quickly growing in many regions/industry markets which is allowing for opportunity for advancement if you are willing to chase it -Work life balance - the grind is less demanding than other larger ENR top GCs -Location - if you are from Ohio it’s nice to have a large true GC based here to work for

-Rapid growth creates some headaches but company is doing its best to keep employees happy
