-flexible schedule: you choose when and where (mostly) you work. -schools in general are very friendly and supportive -most assignments are very easy

Cons

-not much training is given; you're thrown into classrooms sometimes with no plans and are expected to manage -sometimes you cannot get a job every day -some assignments are very far away and require a long commute you cannot plan ahead for

Kokua is supportive and proficient. Also, there is a good amount of work available

Cons

You have to wake up really in the morning to find a sub job. Be ready to leave at around 5:30 or 6:00a.m depending on how far the school you’re subbing at.
