Everyone at CSTN is truly in it for students and cares about the teachers they are working for. The screening process for guest teachers is more rigorous than comparable companies. For full-time employees, CSTN offers flexible work locations and hours, good amount of time off, and super fun, caring, and humble colleagues. People here are driven, but there's a real sense of teamwork.
Cons
For full-time employees, the company is growing quickly so there are lots of folks who are new and figuring things out together. This creates a lot of camaraderie, but means that self-starters are going to be more successful. Benefits could be more competitive.
