Pros

- Sociable and friendly coworkers (don't get too close to them)

Cons

- Work is boring and meaningless - Toxic work culture - The only way you will do well is if you stand out well to managers, which means promotions and raises are reliant on how much your manager likes you. They otherwise know absolutely nothing about your work. - Racial and queer diversity is found within the entry-level and intermediate level, but at the management and senior level it is not. And this is mostly because of the last point. A huge factor of getting liked is to like the same things managers like, which more or less comprise of activities and habits lacking diversity (for example, golfing). When I talked about this, the people who made excuses said that "all of tech is like this." - This workplace is incredibly culty. If you like your work and workplace to take over the rest of your life and become your defining personality because of your lack thereof of original character, then this is a pro. - The office lacks boundary, and they're familial. How could you ever leave a company where 80% of your wedding guests are people from the office?

Pros

Young coworkers who are very engaged and excited Excellent office A lot of after work drinks which are covered

Cons

So the only reason I decided to write this review 2 years after I left is because I saw a TikTok floating around boasting about how great this place is to work - yes it is a cool office and lots of free food + drinks, but at a huge cost. Konrad is built upon young associates/consultants doing the bulk of the work. The earliest you will leave is 7. Late hours are the norm, as is partying as a treat to make up for the long hours. It's not a treat, its a detriment to your mental health, however if you opt out of these social be prepared to be ostracized. They also were against WFH, which from what I understand from current friends - is still the case even in a post covid world. The development team is under staffed, and underpaid leading to poor work quality, high staff turn around and burnout - which affects all other areas of Konrad

Pros

Work in a fast paced environment with some great people. You get to work with some big companies Company invests lots of many into socials and team events with lots of food and drinks. Lots of snacks at the office with beer on tap.

Cons

Not all consulting projects are interesting and some of them you’re not really learning anything. They really don’t care about professional growth or individual career goals. Any requests are usually ignored. High turnover, in my short time there at least 6 people left the company. In most cases management sent a one line email that makes every case look like they were fired. Even for people that had worked there for years. Employees have no sick days, and no work from home options, so lots of people will come into the office even when they are sick.
