      - Good salary for CR - A lot of growth opportunity - Very good for juniors

      Cons

      - Canadian Employees complained a lot so benefits for CR were removed even when making 2x their salary - Management cannot communicate hard decisions face to face - Managers will not defend you, will not root for you. - Uses scape goats when projects slow down - Expected to know the same as other people who have been working on the project for months right away without help.
