Pros

Seen the growth from the young startup "work hard PLAY HARD" model maturing to a structured, business and people driven team of managers; Talent recognition; Self aware of internal leadership pains, not afraid to take steps in removing leaders that promote toxic culture; Weekly development power hours are engaging and good way to share knowledge across team; Social events and variety of sports team

Cons

Subsidiary companies have staff that are cliquey, hard to integrate with broader Konrad consulting arm; Benefits are pretty typical within the industry, should consider something along the lines of offering days off for personal growth training or charity efforts

Great culture, great people, great place to work!

Pros

The number one reason to work at Konrad Group is the people. And when you layer in the opportunity to work on challenging projects with awesome brands, an open/collaborative environment, regular perks (device plan, team/company outings, Friday lunch, etc.) and a work-hard/play-hard culture you get an amazing place to work and lay down roots. There's a lot of opportunity to grow with this company.

Cons

Projects can be challenging. Although not really a con, I have seen people struggle at times if they don’t invest in learning about the subject matter of the project they are working on. Not an issue if you show initiative and are passionate about what it is you are doing.

Pros

The work culture was great, as most people were friendly. Poker nights, board games, and beer tap are all examples of a forward-thinking workplace. Ability to work with high-profile projects is also nice.

Cons

Inexperienced management made for many issues and miscommunications, including favouritism between two senior managers who also happen to be a couple. Organization is also very top heavy (at one point it had 60 employees with 2 CEO's, 1 CTO, 1 President, 3 VP's, etc.).
