Pros

Ever hear the saying, if you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room? Never a problem at Konrad. I learn something new every day and there is always someone around that can help you grow. Tons of fun events outside of work too. Catered lunches every Friday. Device plan. Beer on tap. Discounted BrainStation courses. Tons of variety with regards to projects and cutting edge technologies/equipment. Some of the brightest minds I've worked with.

Cons

Space is getting a little bit cramped due to growth but they seem to be working on that with reorgs. Things can get a little intense as it's a project based company and deadlines can be tight, no problem for me as it keeps things spicy.

-get to work with some of the smartest and most creative people in tech -clients are top notch, working on really cool projects. -really fast paced environment, you'll be challenged and learn a ton -smaller teams, you get direct access to managers, clear goals and professional development opportunities -team outings, company wide events (ski trip, several holiday parties, summer Olympics) sports teams, foosball, pong, beer on tap! -they own BrainStation, so you can take discounted courses -really good health benefits, lots of vacation time

Cons

-projects have tight timelines, but things keep moving, which is good.

Pros

The culture is great. Constant fun times, free lunches, video games, music, retreats, you name it! Additionally, since it is a contracting firm, constant new clients means constant new projects which is always interesting and exciting.

Cons

Possibility of working on a project off site at less fun offices.
