      Direct Manager was insecure and horrible. Wasn't treated like a valuable part of team.

      Pros

      Nice grounds, wine perks. Some very nice colleagues outside dept.

      Cons

      Cliques excluded most, making environment uncomfortable. Large percentage ( not all ) of long-term employees have sense of arrogance and entitlement and put more work onto others not in their clique. Managers don't manage bullys. Immature high school mentalities and many gossip and don't have enough work to do. .
