      Pros

      Great company to work for! Received pay raises quarterly for performance. Incentives, commission, and bonuses. Located in the heart of wine country.

      Cons

      Well established company and many of the upper positions have been held and maintained for many years. Facility is historic and beautiful, but old and needs renovation.

      I loved the family type atmosphere. I'm still friends with several people after leaving the company.

      Slow on raises, at least in my case.
