The people! The work hard, play hard team culture. The high quality of the work and the clients. The leadership team cares about your growth. Lots of opportunity to have an impact and drive change for KAGR and oneself A real opportunity to have an impact at a rapidly growing company that has stability from the Kraft Group and JP Morgan.

Cons

As with a lot of early stage companies, there can be ambiguity and lots of change which isn't for everyone.

As a scaling company, there are opportunities to formalize aspects across client facing and internal processes and systems. The organization is great for people that want to participate in the definition of these processes, identify and driving improvements, and bringing forward new ideas and initiatives. Less ideal for people that may be looking for an environment with more structure and routine.
