Great team work!

Pros

I was able to work very independently, and my days ranged from hectic to slow and I never really knew what the day would bring. I learned a lot here, but multi-tasking was what I learned most. Our CEO is wonderful, he has a heart of gold and always looks out for his employees. Everyone here is very friendly and outgoing with diverse backgrounds. The most enjoyable part of my job is the ability to work from home. Flexibility is wonderful to have when you're a working parent.

Cons

Benefits way too expensive and could be improved.

One of the best companies I have worked for

Pros

1) You have the opportunity to get involve in different types of companies 2) You cam learn different accounting software 3) Supervisors are very supportive and knowledgeable. 4) If you asked for help, you will definitely find one 5) Flexible hours since everyone is remote, and you can work around the time 6) Salary is competitive and benefit is reasonable 7) Your work will be recognized and rewarded 8) Colleagues are very nice and supportive

Cons

1) Since the position is remote, you may feel disconnected with outside (There are some company events once a while to meet with colleagues near you) 2) Sometimes work can be overwhelmed (Good thing is, you will get pay for over time!)

Pros

Kranz is a highly professional firm with a collaborative culture. They are actively building the Learning and Development function which is delivering some great content, both hard and soft skills. I enjoy working at Kranz and feel that my work and opinions are respected. For those who can access the commission plans, compensation is excellent.

Cons

There has been some leadership change in the last year, so sometimes it's hard to know understand the current initiatives and priorities. That will take time. The health plans are awful.
