Some ok people. Company events.

Cons

Uneven workload, Low raises, Management very micromanaging and sometimes disrespectful, some employees clearly favored over others. Company can be very cheap.

My interview was very informative. I learned a lot about the company culture and how it would be a great fit for me. The directors were very insightful and HR was extremely helpful throughout the process! Everyone is very friendly. I felt very extremely welcomed my first day! Training was definitely valuable. The instructor was very thorough and very willing to help make my transition to the firm an easy one! I believe Kreischer Miller is the best place for me to further develop my career!

Pros

Directors and managers were always available to the Staff and Seniors. Challenging work was always available if you wanted it. Plenty of room to grow as a professional. Definitely get the sense that management puts a lot of thought into making their employees happy.

Cons

I think there is a little bit of office politics going on (favorites, slightly preferential treatment for some), but honestly, for the most part, if you are good at what you do you are going to succeed at KM.
