Pros

Steady work/ income. Decent pay as a clinic manager

Cons

The little clinic has really gone downhill in the past few years. They value money over everything. They want us to meet unrealistic patient quotas and can’t keep staff to save their lives. You’ll likely be working alone (without a tech) and honestly they probably prefer it that way. A lot of take and no give. Be expected to get called in twice a month on your days off.

Pros

not many pay is just ok

Cons

work life balance 50 hours minimum expectation is more like 60-70 on call 24/7 controls your schedule no parity in pay how your treated is based on your relationships not your production little to no training even as an internal candidate really just poorly constructed and will treat you as if your the problem.
