Annual leave, whole team WFH, decent medical coverage and amazing studies expenses reimbursement policy

Cons

Salary adjustments are minimal even with promotion. Promitons not always merit based. Not much room to learn after the first year. Just don't stay here more than two years or else it's gross disrespect for your life It's a sinking ship as the company gets more business but the team is increasingly incapable of handling incoming tasks owing to experienced hires leaving the firm.
