Pros

Good place to build analytical skills. People are nice and the office environment is not too stressful. Get to work on different projects.

Cons

The company doesn't care about retaining people. There is a high turnover and there is no career development. The company doesn't have any money to spend on social events.

Pros

*Kroll is one of the few companies that will hire and train people with little to no work experience right out of school. *Comprehensive training program and interesting work (for the first 2-3 years). *Unlimited paid sick days *Hybrid flexibility (for now) *Great entry-level position and experience to put on your resume *Colleagues are knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

*Senior and upper management are very detached from associates who do the "grunt work", all they care about is how to increase revenue and operating margin. *Low Pay - other firms pay more for a similar position *High turnover - most people only stay at Kroll for 2 years and move on. *Bonuses are low. *overwhelming amount of work - Associates regularly log in 45- 50 hours/ week with no overtime pay.

Pros

Not many pros at Kroll, unfortunately.

Cons

Beware. This company used to have a WAY LOWER glassdoor rating before they rebranded it and merged the glassdoor page with duff & phelps. I currently work in compliance risk and diligence, and some of the most recent reviews I've read on here are correct. We have zero work life balance. The company has always had a deceitful culture and researchers were generally expected to work insane overtime hours, but the level of shadiness has gotten out of hand. There is no clarity in terms of chances for a promotion, and senior "Lead Associates" are basically doing the work of a manager without the pay or benefits. Burnout is real at Kroll, with at least 5 people having left compliance risk and diligence in the past 1-2 months at all seniority levels.
