The firm does take stands on social justice issues that may be impacting their employees. Unlimited sick time. Great insurance. Professional and accommodating for work-from-home setup. Progressive thinking.

Cons

Salary and bonuses are very low, especially for entry level positions. Management seems out of touch with their employees. Entry-level positions feel stagnant; growth seems limited.
