      Pros

      Great place to gain understanding of working world of finance with great exposure. Steep learning curve and hard work required but overall a great experience and plenty learned. Great team full of very bright and kind individuals always looking to help and develop skills.

      Long working hours required for a portion of the year.

      Good work-life-balance. Equipment provided HMO

      Pay was said to be 35k in Philippine Pesos by the recruiter in LinkedIn but they will reduce it to just 30k when you passed the final interview. There were allowances introduced when we started, including internet, transportation reimbursements and home office setup. It was removed months after the mass hiring in Manila. So we thought, maybe it was just a bait. Unacceptable attitudes of officemates were tolerated, no sanctions, no actions taken.
