      1. You get the flexibility to learn any technology and also they will provide you opportunity (not always ) 2. You get the opportunity to work remotely

      Cons

      1. Very less work / projects for Power BI 2. hence you start losing the skills as you are not getting enough opurtunity to showcase them . 3. There is no proper formal conversation happened between manager and the employee when it comes to leaving the organization ,for which you have given all your efforts 4. There is no proper leader or management available with the respective Team

      Pros

      Manager and team always ensure that we have a good work-life balance. This is the only company where I do not feel guilty of enjoying public holidays and vacation leaves. A lot of work, but my growth here in 6 months has already exceeded my previous work experiences...

      Cons

      Since it's a big company, tons of work always comes in on DAILY so you have to manage well your time -- Don't slack!
