Pros

Flexible working. Most of the people I work with were nice. Support in exploring other avenues within ones role in case you would like move into something else. The brand is well known.

Cons

Salary. They pay less than competing companies for the same roles. If management don’t like you, you are screwed it doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. In my opinion, how well you are liked is more important than merit and your actual output of work. Promotions are based on whether your team is expanding as opposed to merit and whether you deserve it. I also don’t think they practice the values they claim to have.
