      Pros

      Good access to clients who have come to trust D&P employees

      Cons

      Management has no real management experience and only manages to the numbers to satisfy stock analysts - will say anything to get the stock price up so they can cash out.

      Pros

      Very knowledgeable people that want you to grow and do well in your career. It is a great learning environment and there is plenty of opportunity to succeed here.

      Cons

      Working in a small office (many of the offices are larger so this is a unique aspect). Very limited bonuses this year, but in the past have been good.
