By far the best thing about the company is the people. Atmosphere is friendly, open and non-competitive. Local management is also extremely competent.

Cons

Work life balance at times can be stressful and tough to achieve. Although it has become better, there are times when you can't believe how much you are working.

Great pay and atmosphere. Much to leaern and grow within the company. Also the other employees are really good to work with.

Cons

It can get boring. Working on different projects get repetitive and what not. Upper management can be very demanding. Travel can get tedious.
