Pros

Duff is a great place to better your skills and have your ideas heard. We have the ability to grow with the company.

Cons

The workload can often be too much. The distribution of work should be monitored more often to keep the workload balanced for each person/team.

Growing Company. Great Place to Work.

Pros

The company has lofty growth ambitions and can achieve what they want to do if they do it carefully and with the input of their most valuable asset - their people. The employees of D&P make it such a great place - very intelligent with the caliber of the Big Four or a bulge bracket IB, yet without the insane amount of bureaucracy. The practice leadership is approachable and for the most part, the Managing Directors care.

Cons

There can be a disconnect between the folks on the ground and the upper level executives. There needs to be more communication from the C-Suite down to the field so there does not seem like there is such a level of secrecy that is not needed.
