      Kulite Isn't The Worst Place To Work

      Pros

      Casual work atmosphere. Perks include profit sharing, low-cost medical and free dental insurance, and bonuses when company is doing well. Very, very diverse racial culture.

      Cons

      Too many bosses, pay is below national average,. They close for one week but ask the employee to use their vacation time for the company shutdown. Ridiculous.

      The company is in a downhill trajectory incompetent Managers, Executives, and HR.

      Pros

      The only reason this isn't 1 or zero stars if I could put that is because its still stable there but nowhere near the overtime has before. Expect for a few Engineers, Managers and tech people who make it bearable there.

      Cons

      Low Pay, no raises, or promotions and Managers don't have respect for you especially if your not in the Executives inner circle. Since the Owner passed away the Executives have made this place uncomfortable and non creative work place. Once you get in all you do is think about leaving Managers and Engineers left. Use to help for tuition for college but Managers don't allow it much anymore.

      Coworkers are super nice and no micromanaging depending on your manager.

      Cons

      Terrible pay No growth Terrible PTO The - you need us not we need you from upper management.
