      Very good pay but be wary of the executive managers

      Pros

      Very good pay for entry level engineers (100K+); competitive with some of the top paying tech jobs in NYC. Very interesting design work. Good co-workers; good synergy across departments

      Cons

      Executive management does not know how to foster organic growth of its projects or employees. " Boys' club" mentality rampant across all business sectors. Execs spend too much time gossiping/yelling/checking reviews on glassdoor instead of planning/assessing/attracting new business Lots of in-family hiring - which is to be expected since it's a family run company - but it has really hurt the bottom line these past few years.
