Pros

You get to help kids learn math and english. Money is always good too. You feel good about yourself after a hard days of work.

Cons

Repetitive and can get boring. Any small talk is discouraged which leads to a dead silent environment and there is not much fun in learning silently...

Pros

Gave me the confidence in my communication about math that launched me into space and back and stuff. Met my first girlfriend there.

Cons

It's really very boring unless you're interacting directly with the kids. Grading math worksheets for four hours is not the most stimulating thing.
