It is very rewarding when you see one of your students improve on their mathematical skills and go to the next level.

Cons

One of the supervisors talks behind the employees' backs. She is very negative and is not suited to work in an environment with children.

Pros

Children are usually well behaved. If you know your stuff, the job is pretty straight forward. Great team to work with and everyone is dedicated to helping each other.

Cons

Atmosphere is a little stressful at times for the kids. You can't help but feel bad for them at times. Incredible raises if you work well.

-Easy job (considered part time) -Short hours (usually 6 hours a week)

Cons

-Some parents use Kumon as a daycare, and expect employees to be constantly supervising them, sometimes causing conflicts. -Pay is not that great compared to other tutoring centres, as you are not giving actual lessons to students, unless asked by them for help.
