Pros

It's a great way to work with kids and the work is not time consuming. It's great for students in high school or college because it is part time. Also shifts are flexible and you can usually work when you want to.

Cons

The pay is not great and the managers at each center can be rude. It can also get really loud at times and keeping 7-8 rowdy kids in check at times can prove to be slightly difficult.
