Pros

The customers are always really nice. The higher management usually can remember you. Managers are usually able to be worked with.

Cons

It is inconsistent. You have to remind your boss about your own raise. They do not want you to know about the benefits you can receive most of the time.

Close-knit team with a sense of dependability and reliability. The work atmosphere among employees was for the most part positive.

Cons

Due to being in a prime position in the middle of a college town with a busy bar scene, the 24-hour location was often swarmed with drunken students. Usually at least two employees were on at a time, but management often created schedules making it impossible to take necessary breaks or get much work done aside from staying behind the counter. At the same time, we were held to the same task quotas no matter the time of day or lack of present co-workers.
