9-5, hardly ever work over 40 hours per week

Cons

Wexner will not change ever, the company will fail because of his lack of leadership at Victorias Secret. Instead of becoming a better mainstream bra and lingerie brand, the new direction is boutique and expensive bras with tiny models.

Lbrands overall is a great company, has great benefits and competitive pay. They also have sample sales where you can get company retail products for really inexpensive. There are a lot of young, fresh-faced professionals that get a good start here.

Cons

Not a lot of room to move up, because it is so competitive and there are so many people working there. The work itself gets monotonous depending on your department, and everything has to be done now. It's a very fast-paced environment, which can be exciting, but not if you're doing the exact same thing day in and day out for years. They encourage personal growth and more, but if you outgrow your position and there's nothing else available, you're stuck.
