Great learning experience and nice co-workers.

Cons

confusing standards, rules and regulations. everything changes quickly and at times you're not notified of it. at times treated as an intern rather than an employee.

Excellent culture. Overall, a good place to work.

Cons

Be prepared to work...a lot. Everyone I knew there was overwhelmed with work. Although, I think there was a good amount of work/life balance flexibility, this can vary based on the brand/division that you work in.
