Pros
If you are lucky enough to get a nice supervisor things can be nice. Ours forgot that we existed during a fire drill. If it was an actual fire no one would have looked for us.
Cons
They claim that they treat their distribution center employees the same as their office employee, but that's so not the case it's laughable. You are expected to show up to work even in extreme snow emergencies as long as roads are not shut down right around the warehouse (doesn't matter where you live). You will get written up. And they don't offer disability accommodations until you've worked there for a year. It's like they find ways to write you up because once you have so many "occurrences" they don't have to give you your raise that year.
