Business Outlook

Pros

Culture promotes community, curiosity, and giving-back. Great discount, benefits, cafeterias, and development. Diverse portfolio of companies that are all doing fairly well given the economy and competition of other retailers. Constantly changing to keep up with the customer and technology.

Cons

Like any retailer, it's a fast-paced company. Keeping up with changes (via the customer's desires and from Senior Level Management) can be tricky and time-consuming.

Lots of frills and no head count or increases, if you're good your boss will never let you go or grow. Promotion of bad behavior.

Good pay and benefits. Good company values and culture. Stays pretty much on the leading edge of technology.

Cons

Very large enterprise with specialization for each area of IT so there is no a lot of overlap between the different jobs.
