      Depends on the area of the company, but my experience has been that management is extremely supportive of individual growth through stretch assignments, coaching and development and encouragement of inter-company movement

      Cons

      If you don't like fast-paced sometime ambiguous environments, this is not the place for you.

      Pros

      The company provides excellent experience and believes in promoting within. The benefits are fantastic and the pay is very competitive. The atmosphere is very fast-paced, yet casual.

      Cons

      The hours can be long. A balance between work and life can sometimes compete, but the company compensates with more vacation days to start than typical companies.

      Pros

      Salary is good for the industry and function that I'm in. The work life balance is good. The company cares for the community and for the most part the associates.

      Cons

      We tend to do more with less. Communication is some functions isn't great and getting some things done in a timely manner is difficult. We tend to do and then try to make it work.
