      Pros

      Great co-workers and manager. Fun atmosphere and a company you can grow in.

      Cons

      It is hard to fully commit yourself to any job while in school. It is hard to be anything but an associate and succeed in all aspects of your life while taking many classes.

      Pros

      My time with the company was during a lot of growth and development. Many people were promoted and a lot of focus was put on developing teams to the next level.

      Cons

      I felt that during the recession things were difficult every where however it seemed as though the value of the employees really became non existent and it became a matter of watch your back.

      Benefits are great The company is lucky that VS does so well - it sells itself Some very nice people work here

      Politics Playing favorites Smug & incompetent people in positions of leadership Backstabbing by co-workers Management is top heavy (too many chiefs) Too many employees have worked at this company their entire career, so this is the only way they know 'how to do things' HR does little to nothing to help - sides with 'the company" It's not what you know, it's who you know Ignorance borne from arrogance
