Pros

Great Benefits, Pay, great people to work with, work environment, great associates, discount,products,hours, promos, supportive,flexible, positive, associate contests.

Cons

Not enought individual company support, too many promotional changes , need to listen to associate feedback. Need to give managers more training outside of the building, workshops to improve their abilities. Not enough incentives

Pros

I worked alongside a very young, energetic group of employees. Everybody worked hard while at the office and enjoyed relaxed Fridays in the summer (half days). The internship taught me a ton about my division and the other employees were especially willing to help when I had any questions, concerns, suggestions etc. I was really surprised with how much they "cared" about an intern! We also had quite a bit of exposure to high level executives (I knew the VP of my division on a first name basis)

Cons

Columbus Ohio is not the most exciting city. Also, certain divisions of LimitedBrands (not mine) carried stigmas such as cutthroat, boring, or tedious.
