      Pros

      Good chance for advancement and learnings, great personal development, good 401K after 1 year, amazing leaders, both in dept and within the organization as a whole

      Cons

      They have a soft culture that can be misunderstood at time, their bonus programs and benifits aren't that great - don't get much but your base.

      Great Customer Service but... Horrible Treatment of Employees

      Pros

      Awesome treatment of customer. The way I would want to be treated as a customer. The company hires great talent and has terrific brand loyalty in the market.

      Cons

      Treatment of store-level employees is atrocious at times. Especially during the holidays and when quotas aren't being made. The people making it really happen on the sales floor with the customers receive gift cards while everyone above receives the "real" bonus. There is way to many "cliques" and corporate politics are the worse. Their open door policy is not so open door and their third party "ethics" hotline does nothing but file reports with corporate HR. If you don't fit into a preconceived "brand image" kiss any upward movement goodbye.
