Pros

Flexible with time off and work hours. Great team of people to work with. Strong and stable company. The pay is great!

Cons

Constantly changing. Can experience change fatigue. Often feel like I don't know what I'm doing because the trends and thinking changes so much. Ability to move up relies heavily on self-promotion and office politics.

You work with some great people - if you're not great at what you do, you won't last here. Thus the people you work with are sharp & good at what they do.

Cons

They work their people hard. Many groups are understaffed, with no budget for adding headcount.
