Pros

If you can handle ambiguity and change, Bath & Body Works is run like a fashion company always adapting and changing.

Cons

High turnover. People started fixating on what Les wanted vs. what the customer wanted. I think they are finally working on racially diversity.

Pros

People are really nice. Everyone was very knowledgeable and willing to help you understand things or help you network.

Cons

The brand was not with the times while I was there. You can tell old white men had way too much say over the direction of everything. VS was so focused on sexy supermodels and no other body type. Pink was all about rhinestones and glitter despite wanting to appeal to college girls. BBW and Mast seemed like the only promising arms of the company.
