      Pros

      The culture when I left was fantastic. There were wonderful people working there. The Mrs. loved the discount at VS and Bath and Body Works stores. Bath and Body Works continuously beats their sales goals.

      Cons

      The industry regarding women's intimates is declining, ultimately this will lead to more lay offs.
