- Great office in Industry City with ton of events - Office has a really good vibe - Leadership is willing to mentor - Respected and trusted to make good decisions - Value new and original ideas - Really trying to improve shortcomings - Committed to employee happiness and engagement

Cons

- The commute is long via car if coming from anywhere but Queens, NYC, or Brooklyn

Its a beautiful location, great area, and it is challenging. The customers that we sell are wonderful, and if run correctly would be an amazing business and place to work

Cons

big turnover with employees, little growth potential, no follow through too many managers don't know how to manage, and decisions made out of emotion instead of intelligence.
