      Pros

      Great colleagues with a lot of years experience in the aviation domain; The few experienced employees that remain are very helpful and proud of their jobs, the environment is really cool to work.

      Cons

      Employees are overworked; Unstable future, company culture is to hire/fire without a real plan; Management is incompetent, reactive instead of proactive; No real plan to retain employees, people are leaving and Management/HR does not care; Salary does not match the market.

      Pros

      Interesting Mission and it feels like the output the company produces adds value to solve current defense capability gaps.

      Cons

      Little to no rapport between employees post covid. The environment is manipulative and overall negative all due to Management. They push the narrative of 'best place to work' out all the time, but if you ask the employees that's not the case. Workplace politics galore.
